Process Followed
- We put lengthy legal documents into organized bibliographic formats.
- We welcome scanned copies in any format or convert printed documents into TIFF files.
- Using OCR these scanned files are further converted into text files.
- Our QA team then checks on the accuracy of converted documents & ensures correctness of 99.99%.
- The checked documents are further passed on to the Subject Matter Expert (SME), who identifies keywords, metadata and other client specifications and mark printed copies of those documents.
- These marked documents further go to specialized formatters for tagging in specified formats like HTML or XML.
- A final QA is done to ensure committed levels of accuracy.
